CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cannot make it to a scheduled appointment, please cancel and reschedule at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment date and time. If you are unable to cancel and reschedule with a 2 hour notice you will be charged 50% of the cost of service(s) scheduled. You can cancel through my booking site Vagaro (through the app, booking notifications or website) or by reaching out to me via text or call.Thank you so much for understanding, it is deeply appreciated!
LATE POLICY
I fully understand that life happens! Whatever the reason, I completely get it! If you are ever running behind to your appointment please reach out to me ASAP to give me a heads up! I will always do my best to accommodate you and most of the time we can make it work for you! However, that is a case by case basis so please try to be no later than 10 minutes past your scheduled time. If you are significantly late we may have to reschedule part or all of your appointment.
